Terms of Service

By signing up you agree to these terms. If anything is unclear — ping Telegram, happy to explain in plain words.

1. What ScaneReport is

ScaneReport (scanereport.online) is a cloud SaaS for daily reporting from construction crews and field teams. It's offered as a public SaaS subscription and as a self-hosted deployment.

2. Sign-up and account

You must be at least 16 years old to register.
One email = one account. Sharing accounts is not allowed.
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done under your account.
We recommend enabling 2FA from your profile.

3. Plans and payment

A free plan is available with limited quotas (teams, members, reports/month).
Paid plans are processed via Donatello; current prices on the landing page.
Subscriptions are monthly. Unused periods are non-refundable except as required by law.
We may change prices; active subscriptions ride out the paid period at the old price.

4. What's not allowed

Uploading illegal, offensive, violent or rights-infringing content.
Using the service to send spam, malware, or to phish.
Bypassing plan limits, accessing other accounts, reverse-engineering server components.
Automated scraping or generating load that threatens service stability.

Violations give us the right to suspend or delete the account without refunds.

5. Your data stays yours

All reports, photos, sites, work types and other data you upload belong to you. We don't use your content to train models, advertise or resell. You can export everything to JSON anytime (Profile → Download my data) or delete your account fully.

6. Service availability and liability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned and unplanned downtimes are possible.
We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss, to the extent allowed by law.
Total cumulative liability is capped at the amount you actually paid us over the last 3 months.
Make your own backups of important reports (Excel export is two clicks).

7. Intellectual property

The "ScaneReport" name, logo, UI design and code belong to the developer. Commercial use without permission is prohibited. Your user-generated content (reports, photos) belongs to you.

8. Termination

You can stop using the service anytime via "Delete account" in profile. We may terminate the service with 30 days' notice (or immediately for material breach).

9. Changes to these terms

For material changes we'll notify in-app at least 14 days in advance. Continued use = acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved by negotiation; if that fails, by the courts of the operator's registered jurisdiction.
